Unusual Vintage 1950s 60s Parrot Clips on a Bakelite and Cane Stand

• Unusual small parrot clips on a circular stand (9 parrots in total).
  
• Not too sure what the purpose of the clips were but possibly to use to dress cocktail glasses or as novelty napkin/ serviette clips.
• Circa: 1950s-60s. 
• The parrots are made from coloured hard plastic with a metal clip and the stand is made from bakelite and cane.
• Each parrot measures 5cm in length and the overall height on the stand with parrot on top is 14cm.
• Good vintage condition with only minor age/ use wear.
