1 x vintage Evening Mail Birmingham Council Criticism cartoon strip. Another cartoon sold separately.
The cartoon appears to be a template or prelimary cartoon possibly before going into print as the main captions have been glued in separately and the darker/ shadowy areas have also been applied separately.
Artist: Colin Whittock - Colin was a renowned cartoonist and created cartoons for Beano, Public Eye, The Sun, and The Mirror, and was the editorial cartoonist at the Evening Mail form 1969.
Professionally framed and glazed.

Condition: there are scratches to the brass frames but otherwise the cartoons are in very good vintage order and without damage.
